Online towing calculator

Calculator terms

These terms apply when you use the online towing calculator on maitlandtowtrucks.com.au.

Estimates only

The calculator provides an estimate, not a booking, dispatch commitment or final price. Availability, vehicle condition, access, tolls, waiting time, specialist equipment and information not supplied online may change the confirmed price. Call NewLake Tow Trucks to confirm the job.

Your information

You must provide accurate addresses and job details. Do not rely on an estimate if an address, vehicle type or other material detail is incorrect.

Google Maps

Address suggestions and route distances are supplied using Google Maps Platform. Your use of those features is also subject to the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service and applicable Google terms.

Accepting an estimate

Selecting “Accept quote” tells our team you would like to proceed. It does not create a confirmed booking. We will contact you to confirm availability, the final price and the booking.

Contact

Questions about an estimate can be sent to admin@newlaketowtrucks.com.au or discussed by calling 0403 353 056.
